How does your organisation address climate change?
Our goal is that we are all taking action for a safe climate. To achieve this;
- We will lead a statewide campaign for a just transition to replace all of Queensland's coal-fired power stations with renewable energy by 2030.
- We will support and coordinate community and member group campaigns to reduce other sources of greenhouse gas emissions in Queensland and prepare for the impact of climate change.
- We will engage directly with the Queensland Government to influence laws, policies, and programs to rapidly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
