Tim Baxter is the Senior Researcher for Climate Solutions at the Climate Council. Before joining the Climate Council, he taught and researched broadly across climate law and climate policy at the University of Melbourne. His research spans from climate litigation, to equitable allocations of the global carbon budgets, to climate change adaptation, to Australian Government programs that incentivise emissions reductions, along with many other areas in between.
