Dr Wu leads the Nutrition Science Program at the George Institute for Global Health, University of New South Wales. His research and teaching focuses on reducing poor diet-related disease burden through implementing innovative and sustainable food environment interventions, and modelling the effectiveness of food regulations and policies. Outside of his research role, Jason is passionate about and volunteers for community driven campaigns fighting for climate action including #StopAdani and fossil fuel divestment.
