Jaclyn is a Gladstone local working with Australian Conservation Foundation to support the Central Queensland community through an energy transition. ACF is Australia’s national environment organisation, advocating for clean energy projects that will protect local jobs and conserve our natural environment.
With a background in human rights advocacy, Jaclyn joined ACF in 2019 to ensure Australia’s transition to a clean economy is not only good for the planet, but is fair for the people whose lives are intertwined with the fate of fossil fuels. By bringing communities together and strengthening local voices, Jaclyn aims to create a community-led transition that can cut across a culture of division and fast-track the regional economy towards real climate solutions.
