As the first major Australian super fund to commit to an ambitious Climate Change Transition Plan, HESTA is targeting total portfolio cuts in emissions of 33% by 2030 and ‘net zero’ by 2050.
More than 80% of HESTA’s 880,000+ members are women. A prominent voice for gender equality, Debby’s advocacy highlights that when women do better, everyone benefits.
Debby holds directorships at Industry Super Australia (ISA); The Australian Council of Superannuation Investors (ACSI) and The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia Ltd (ASFA). Debby is a Workplace Gender Equality Agency Pay Equity Ambassador.
