Dan Watters is Sustainability Manager at Capital Brewing Co, which in early 2022 became the first brewery in Australia to be Climate Active Carbon Neutral certified for its entire operations and all it's products. Dan is a Sustainable Event Alliance accredited professional and has won numerous awards for embedding sustainability practices into events such as Canberra's Centenary, Floriade, and the Corinbank Festival which he founded and directed. Dan entered the brewing industry in 2014 as BentSpoke's first manager, and has been with Capital Brewing Co since it opened its doors in 2017.
