Anna Crabb

CEO, Australian Energy Foundation

Anna Crabb is an optimist who has a deep commitment to fairness and integrity. As the Chief Executive Officer, Anna leads the Australian Energy Foundation team who are at the forefront of finding practical solutions to climate change. Anna provides visionary leadership, builds effective relationships to deliver shared goals, and represents the AEF in the media and public forums. Anna models the AEF’s values – inclusive, inspiring, bright – in service of an engaged and effective team and organisation. 

Prior to AEF, Anna was Head of Strategy and Partnerships at B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. In her career, Anna has also delivered significant federal, state and local government programs across industry, employment, education, and social services portfolios; advised Boards and Executives, including Goodstart Early Learning, YMCA and Life Without Barriers; led shared value partnerships with corporates including NAB, Myer, and Australian Ethical; and built purpose-driven businesses and social enterprises with Social Ventures Australia. 

Anna’s commentary on economic systems change and public policy has been featured in the Australian Financial Review, ABC, The Age/SMH, BBC, The Mandarin and Australian Policy Online. 

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Sciences (University of Melbourne) and Master of Management (Australian National University). She is currently undertaking the Mastery of Business and Empathy (Small Giants Academy).
