Serena is a committed, motivated and passionate Development and Engagement Manager, with 13 years’ experience across the Philanthropic, Not-for-Profit, Higher Education and Medical Research Sectors. Throughout her career she has successfully developed and implemented multi-year strategies that have resulted in continuous growth in revenue from industry, philanthropy and government, generating approximately $157M across five organisations. Her focus has and continues to be on creating and managing shared value interdisciplinary partnerships that support major capital infrastructure projects and broad initiatives that benefit society (such as sustainability, ageing, business and human rights, entrepreneurship, sports, women in leadership and Indigenous research and education), service provision, student support and medical research.
