Grab a coffee and join us Tuesday morning to discuss the latest international climate change report and its implications for human health.
The latest report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is coming out on Monday 28 February at 10pm AEDT, and includes a chapter on the impacts of climate change on health.
We'll hear from three IPCC lead authors: Dr Kathryn Bowen, Dr Lauren Rickards and Dr Nina Hall as well as Victoria’s Deputy Chief Health Officer, Dr Angie Bonne. They will explain how the IPCC works, share some of the key findings from the new report, and help us understand what these scientific findings mean for our health.
A Q&A session at the end will allow you to ask your questions to these prominent scientists.
The event will be recorded and sent out after the event to all RSVPs and CAHA members.
